Please fill out the required information on the inquiry form or through our social media, and submit it. We will respond as soon as possible.

Piano Selection
We will search our extensive stock to find models that match your preferences and provide you with a list of exportable options. The list includes detailed information about the pianos, allowing you to review their condition and specifications, and choose between 14-16 units (20ft container) or 32-40 units (40ft container).

03
Negotiation and Order Confirmation
After selection, we will provide a detailed and thorough explanation of the pricing and schedule until shipment. Once both parties are in agreement and the order is confirmed, a proforma invoice will be issued. For first-time customers, we require full payment in advance.
STEP
04
Vanning
After full payment is received, vanning will be carried out within two weeks at the earliest. Our experienced and specialized staff will carefully load the cargo to ensure it remains secure and does not shift during transport.
STEP
05
Departure and Arrival
Once the loading is completed, the container will depart and be safely transported to its destination. The shipping documents will be sent after departure.
